ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dassault Aviation, has completed a C-check on a Falcon 8X, marking its first heavy maintenance check on this aircraft type amid growing regional demand.

The Falcon 8X, which is operationally based in Asia, underwent this scheduled maintenance at the company’s heavy maintenance facility at Subang airport in Kuala Lumpur, which is equipped to support major inspections on all in-production Falcon aircraft types.

A Falcon C-inspection is a major maintenance check with extensive inspection of aircraft structures and systems, and is typically required after eight years of service.

This project is significant for ExecuJet MRO Services Malaysia as it reflects a broader trend of Falcon operators based in Asia increasingly seeking maintenance support within the region. The facility is scheduled to perform additional C-inspections on Falcon 8Xs this year, with aircraft arriving from other parts of Asia. There are close to 20 8X aircraft operating in the region.

Today, Falcon aircraft continue to represent a growing share of the facility's maintenance activity, accounting for 60–65% of the total workload.
