Agreements worth over €125 million with Helaba and BayernLB, supported by BpiFrance, will fund GD Helicopter Finance’s acquisition of factory new Airbus H175 and H160 helicopters in 2026 and 2027.

The H160 is one of the world's most technologically advanced helicopters, designed and built to deliver the highest levels of operational safety while providing unmatched comfort for rotorcraft in its class.

The H160 helicopters will be configured for oil and gas, and offshore wind crew change operations, reflecting sustained demand for new-technology, cost-efficient and environmentally optimised helicopter solutions.
