The company has secured a 20-year contract to manage the airport’s FBO, with operations beginning in June 2025 and plans for infrastructure upgrades to follow.

As well as acquiring two hangars and office space, Modern Aviation will take over the Signature Flight Support South FBO. This will enable it to operate the entire south side of Centennial airport under its FBO operation.
