Brazilian operator TAM Aviação Executiva has been recognised as FlightSafety International's largest sales representative worldwide for 2026.

The distinction was marked with a commemorative plaque, presented by Willy Vargas, FlightSafety's regional vice president, to Leonardo Fiuza, president of TAM Aviação Executiva, and the company's sales team during an event in Columbus, Ohio.

Fiuza says: "This recognition reflects the consistency of the work we have built with FlightSafety over more than two decades. It reinforces our commitment to providing customers with access to top-tier training, which is fundamental to safety and operational excellence."

The award holds particular significance in 2026, the year FlightSafety celebrates its 75th anniversary. TAM AE has been FlightSafety's representative in Brazil since 2003 and sells around 1,000 training courses annually, covering the training and professional development of pilots, mechanics and flight attendants. The company's specialised team supports customers through the full process, from selecting the right course to arranging attendance.

FlightSafety operates 45 training centres across 11 countries and maintains more than 320 flight simulators, with programmes covering over 135 aircraft models for pilots, mechanics, flight attendants, dispatchers and instructors, alongside online courses. Its Learning Centers network delivers 2.3 million hours of training annually.

Founded 65 years ago as Táxi Aéreo Marília, TAM Aviação Executiva is the exclusive Brazilian representative for Cessna since 1982, Bell since 2004 and Beechcraft since 2016, and is recognised as the largest sales representative for Bell and Textron Aviation worldwide. Its portfolio spans a service centre, the largest for business aircraft in Latin America, alongside hangarage, ground handling, training sales, and aircraft management and charter services. The company also supports government and public sector agencies with multi-mission aircraft, technical support and solutions for security, defence and special mission operations.
