AOne Parts & Logistics, a US provider of aviation parts, logistics and asset solutions, has appointed aviation industry veteran John Terpstra as business and client development manager. With more than 25 years of experience supporting business aviation operators worldwide, Terpstra will play a key role in expanding strategic partnerships, strengthening customer relationships and supporting AOne's continued growth initiatives.
His aviation and leadership background will support the company's continued expansion and reinforce its reputation for responsiveness, reliability, and industry expertise. “I have known John for many years and have always respected his professionalism, industry knowledge and commitment to customer service,” says Jack Caloras, managing partner of AOne Parts & Logistics. “As we discussed AOne's vision and growth strategy, it became clear that John's experience and values aligned perfectly with our mission. His addition strengthens our position within the business aviation community and supports our continued commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.”
Terpstra brings more than 25 years of experience in business aviation, including leadership roles supporting aircraft operators, owners and maintenance organisations worldwide. Most recently, he served as senior director of technical advisors at JSSI, where he led a global team dedicated to delivering technical guidance and customer support to operators while fostering strategic supplier and vendor relationships.
“When Jack and I first discussed the opportunity to join AOne, I was immediately intrigued by the company's vision and entrepreneurial approach to supporting the aviation industry,” says Terpstra. “The more I learned about the organisation, its culture and its commitment to customer success, the more convinced I became that this was an opportunity I could not pass up. I'm honoured to join the team and look forward to contributing to AOne's continued growth.”
