West Star Aviation has appointed Christi Tannahill as an ambassador. In this role, Tannahill will work with the company’s leadership and client-facing teams to support customer experience, expand strategic partnerships and strengthen its position within the industry.

Tannahill is a senior aviation executive with more than 30 years of industry experience, including 17 years on the senior leadership team at Textron Aviation. Her background spans product development, customer experience, and interior and exterior engineering, with experience in strategies aligned to operational performance and customer value.

During her time at Textron, Tannahill led customer experience initiatives supporting annual deliveries of more than 220 aircraft and directed product development and strategy that resulted in 11 new product offerings over six years. She also oversaw interior and exterior engineering and design and introduced a customer advisory board strategy based on customer engagement and feedback.

Her ability to build relationships with customers and fleet operators is expected to support West Star’s client engagement. Her leadership across engineering, marketing and service support adds to the company’s ability to respond to customer requirements and deliver consistent solutions. Her network within the Beechcraft and Cessna Citation customer base also provides opportunities to increase awareness of West Star’s services.

As ambassador, Tannahill will work with West Star’s leadership on customer-focused initiatives and service development. She will support backlog management priorities, contribute to strategy across key customer segments and assist in programmes aimed at service quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.
