Luxaviation adds third Praetor 600 to UK register
Based at Farnborough Airport, the newly converted aircraft supports rising charter demand across routes to Dubai and New York.
The company becomes the only UK operator with three Praetor 600s in service.

Luxaviation UK has added a third Praetor 600 to its UK fleet. The aircraft has moved across from the company’s San Marino register, a step intended to make it easier to charter for UK-based clients. Based at Farnborough Airport, it will support Luxaviation UK’s increased charter demand through the summer social season.

George Galanopoulos, CEO of Luxaviation UK, says the conversion coincides with the operator’s 30th anniversary in the UK. “The Praetor 600 is an extremely popular aircraft with our charter clients, renowned for its long and short distance travel and versatile performance,” he adds. “This conversion adds to Luxaviation UK’s already strong Praetor 600 offering, making us the only operator with three Praetor 600s on the UK register.”

The Praetor 600 has a range of 4,000 nautical miles (7,408km) and capacity for up to nine passengers, allowing it to cover long-haul routes such as London to Dubai and London to New York as well as shorter journeys within Europe. Patrick Hansen, CEO of Luxaviation Group, says transferring the aircraft to the UK register makes it easier for clients to book the group’s charter services while adding operational flexibility. The move reflects steady demand for large-cabin charter capacity in the UK market ahead of peak summer travel.
