Surf Air Mobility diligence brings ARGUS broker status
The recognition confirms Surf On Demand met strict audit standards and joined ACSF, strengthening the company's safety oversight as charter demand and platform growth continues.

Surf Air Mobility’s on-demand charter division Surf On Demand has achieved ARGUS Certified Charter Broker accreditation, a standard for operational and due diligence practices in private aviation brokerage. The business has also joined the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF).

The certification has confirmed Surf On Demand meets strict standards designed to promote transparency, operational integrity and enhanced safety oversight. While more than 400 operators hold ARGUS certification, Surf On Demand becomes one of only 16 certified brokerages worldwide.

Joshua Lowton, president of Surf On Demand, says: “Safety and trust are at the foundation of everything we do. Achieving ARGUS Certified Broker accreditation is an important validation of the software, processes and safety culture we've built over the past five years. As our business continues to grow, we will maintain the highest industry standards to deliver the level of service and reliability our clients expect.”

Patrick Chiles, ARGUS International vice president business aviation audit programmes, says: “ARGUS is happy to welcome Surf On Demand to our Certified Charter Broker programme. Its team demonstrated the commitment to safety, operational excellence and quality service that distinguishes ARGUS Certified Brokers.”

Since 2020, Surf On Demand has expanded its charter activity through a global network of vetted operators and aircraft. Through ACSF membership, the company will collaborate with operators, brokers and industry stakeholders to advance safety management systems, operational risk management and safety education initiatives.

Surf On Demand continues to scale its technology-led brokerage through the “Powered by Surf On Demand” programme, which equips third-party brokers with its BrokerOS platform, operator network and operational infrastructure.

The system supports quoting, sourcing, compliance checks and trip management while aligning third-party brokers with the company’s due diligence and safety standards. By combining SurfOS technology with standardised processes, the platform enables brokers to scale while maintaining transparency, oversight and service quality. Surf Air Mobility expects Surf On Demand to be the largest contributor to revenue growth in 2026 as the programme continues to generate profitable expansion.
