Av8 expands Phenom landing gear support with added inventory
Combined overhaul services and rotable exchange pool access give operators and MROs a flexible way to manage maintenance and reduce downtime.

Av8 has invested further in its Embraer Phenom landing gear overhaul programme, expanding support for operators of one of the most widely used light business jets.

The expansion includes the acquisition of additional complete ship sets of Phenom 300 landing gear, along with a substantial inventory of high-value rotable parts and components. The move strengthens the company’s position in exchangeable, overhauled landing gear assets and improves its ability to support both scheduled overhauls and unscheduled maintenance worldwide.

The additional inventory allows Av8 to accelerate overhaul turnaround times while improving schedule certainty for operators and maintenance providers working to minimise downtime.

“Phenom aircraft continue to represent a large and growing portion of the light jet fleet,” says Kevin Connelly, general manager at Av8. “This investment reinforces our commitment to supporting operators with faster, more reliable landing gear maintenance solutions while ensuring we maintain the inventory and infrastructure necessary to meet increasing demand.”

The investment also expands Av8’s Phenom landing gear rotable exchange pool, already among the largest available outside the OEM, enabling immediate gear exchange options in place of waiting for overhaul completion.
