ExecuJet promises a redefined experience out of Sydney
ExecuJet was selected following a rigorous, multi-stage evaluation of international FBO operators, based on its proven operational expertise, strong safety culture, service excellence and ability to support business aviation.
The Sydney terminal is light and inviting.

ExecuJet has been appointed as the sole FBO at Sydney International airport in Australia. This strategic appointment reinforces ExecuJet's position as a leading provider of premium ground handling and passenger services in the Asia Pacific region.

ExecuJet was selected following a rigorous, multi-stage evaluation of leading international FBO operators, based on its proven operational expertise, strong safety culture, service excellence and ability to support the long-term development of private and business aviation at Australia's primary international gateway. The process reflects Sydney's ambition to partner with an operator capable of delivering a redefined and elevated service offering for VIP passengers and private aircraft operators.

As sole FBO operator, ExecuJet will be responsible for the full suite of ground handling services at Sydney International, including aircraft handling and coordination, passenger and crew services, ramp operations and concierge support, enabling enhanced efficiency, capacity and service quality for aircraft operators and VIP passengers alike. This mandate positions ExecuJet to help shape the future of private aviation in Australia, while further strengthening its footprint in the Asia Pacific region and its global network of world-class FBOs.

Patrick Hansen, CEO of Luxaviation Group, exclaims: “Being appointed as the sole FBO operator at Sydney International Airport is a clear endorsement of ExecuJet's capabilities and long-term commitment to the region. This allows us to elevate service standards, invest with confidence and meet the evolving needs of operators and VIP passengers at one of the world's most important international airports. Sydney International Airport is a clear endorsement of ExecuJet's capabilities and long-term commitment to the region. This allows us to elevate service standards, invest with confidence and meet the evolving needs of operators and VIP passengers at one of the world's most important international airports.”

To support this mandate, ExecuJet is committing to significant investments across people, infrastructure and equipment. These include the recruitment of new team members across operations and guest services, the introduction of state-of-the-art ground handling equipment and the phased redevelopment of the existing FBO facilities in close collaboration with Sydney airport.

ExecuJet Sydney is also now offering SAF to its FBO customers, becoming the first business aviation operator in Australia to provide consistent access to lower-carbon fuel for day-to-day operations. Delivered in partnership with Wagner Sustainable Fuels, this milestone positions ExecuJet at the forefront of sustainable business aviation in the region, enabling seamless, drop-in SAF uplift with no change to aircraft or infrastructure. While SAF is already well established across parts of Europe and North America, availability in Australia has until now been limited. The introduction of regular SAF supply at ExecuJet Sydney represents a tangible step towards building a reliable, long-term SAF ecosystem for the region.

Darren McGoldrick, vice president Asia Pacific, Luxaviation Group, concludes: “Sydney is one of the most important aviation gateways in the Asia Pacific region, and this appointment reflects the confidence placed in ExecuJet's local teams and operational capabilities. Working closely with Sydney airport, we are focused on delivering a redefined FBO experience that supports operators, crews and passengers, while building a strong platform for the long-term growth of private aviation in Australia.”
