Vantage adds Allegheny County FBO to its growing network
The former Corporate Air site gives the company direct access to downtown Pittsburgh, strengthening its corporate and charter offering in western Pennsylvania.
The AGC location becomes the sixth in Vantage’s growing FBO network since launching in autumn 2024.

Vantage Aviation has acquired the FBO at Allegheny County Airport (AGC) in Pittsburgh, formerly operated by Corporate Air.

“This transaction allows us to strengthen our presence in a market with sustained demand from corporate, charter and owner-flown operators,” says Ryan Maxfield, CEO of Vantage Aviation.

The AGC site includes 110,000 square feet of hangar space, a 24-hour terminal building of 11,600 sq ft and more than 24,000 sq ft of office space. The FBO has direct access to downtown Pittsburgh and ramp capacity for ultra-long-range jets.

Vantage also offers aircraft charter and management services at the site and plans to renovate the facility later this year. It acquired the assets of Corporate Air following the latter’s bankruptcy in 2025.

“This transaction enhances our ability to support based aircraft, transient charter traffic and managed fleets with a seamless customer experience,” Maxfield adds.

The location is expected to be in high demand during the NFL Draft in Pittsburgh this spring. Other Vantage FBOs are located in Duluth, Minnesota; Greenville, South Carolina; Richmond, Virginia; and Rifle, Colorado (currently under construction).
