Global Jet's Luxembourg AOC operation has renewed its designation as a Wyvern Wingman certified operator following a successful audit conducted by Wyvern in November 2025. Its continued commitment reflects the Swiss-headquartered business jet operator's dedication to rigorous safety standards and operational efficiency at every level.
“The successful renewal of our Wyvern certification is a meaningful achievement, reaffirming our unwavering commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and safety. At Global Jet, safety is not simply a requirement, it is the foundation of every operational decision we make. The audit confirmed that our safety management system processes are fully effective, resulting in the prestigious Level 4 SMS certification, a testament to the maturity and robustness of our safety culture,” says Christopher Duncan, Global Jet safety manager. “This renewed certification reflects the dedication and excellence of our entire Global Jet team, from our front‑line crews to every member of our back‑office support. Their collective effort, discipline and commitment make accomplishments like this possible. I am proud of our organisation for demonstrating that excellence in safety remains our foremost priority, today and every day.”
Wingman operators are evaluated by the Wingman standard criteria. The scope of the evaluation includes an assessment of operational activities, a review of the company's operational history and safety records, an SMS, an internal evaluation programme, administrative compositions, technical documentation, pilot and aircraft records, training requirements and maintenance operations, including technician training and experience.
“Global Jet Luxembourg's continued recognition through Wyvern Wingman certification highlights its leadership and unwavering focus on safety,” notes Andrew Day, Wyvern COO. “This honour reflects its commitment to a proactive and highly effective safety culture.”
