FlightWorks renews Wyvern Wingman PRO status
The operator continues to meet Wyvern's highest safety standard through ongoing monitoring and participation in the Flight Leader Programme.
FlightWorks president Dan Lucey.

FlightWorks has retained its Wyvern Wingman PRO certification, reflecting its continued compliance with the safety standard through participation in the Wyvern Flight Leader Program, which includes quarterly monitoring and coaching.

The Wingman standard was the aviation industry's first audit standard developed specifically for air charter operations. It enables charter customers to evaluate operators against recognised industry best practices, with a focus on risk management, operational discipline and safety culture.

FlightWorks president Dan Lucey says: “Continuing to achieve Wyvern Wingman PRO certification reflects far more than passing an audit: it validates the safety culture we've intentionally built throughout FlightWorks. Every member of our organisation, from our pilots and maintenance technicians to our dispatchers and support teams, is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.”

Wingman PRO certification is awarded to operators that demonstrate performance across all elements of their safety management system, manage human factors and organisational safety culture, and comply with international standards through internal audit processes.

Wyvern COO Andrew Day says: “FlightWorks continues to set a strong example of what sustained safety performance looks like within business aviation. The successful renewal of its Wyvern Wingman PRO certification reflects the organisation's long-term investment in operational integrity, effective safety governance and a culture that prioritises accountability at every level.”
