Foresight MX gains EASA validation for Airbus and Bell platforms
Recent approvals have extended the system's coverage to key models operated throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa for better HUMS access.
EASA has validated STCs for Airbus and Bell helicopter models including the AS350, 407, 429, 212 and 412.

GPMS International has received European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) validation for several of its Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) supplemental type certificates (STCs) for the Foresight MX health and usage monitoring system (HUMS).

The new validations apply to the Airbus AS350/H125 (STC 10086957), Bell 407 (STC 10069291), Bell 429 (STC 10087254), and Bell 212 and 412 (STC 10087806). This increases the number of popular single and twin-engine platforms in Europe, the Middle East and Africa where the system can now be installed.

Foresight MX gives operators tools to monitor aircraft and engine health, manage rotor track and balance, and track exceedances in one connected platform.

“European operators are increasingly looking for solutions that help them reduce operating costs, increase aircraft readiness and improve safety,” says Ronnie Ries, vice president of marketing at GPMS. “EASA validation of these key platforms opens the door for operators across the EU to bring those benefits to their fleets with Foresight MX.”
