NBAA will bring leading voices together for Flight Deck 2025
Executives, regulators and innovators will gather at the Las Vegas Convention Center to debate the future of business aviation during this year’s NBAA-BACE.
The Flight Deck will host discussions on the issues most critical to the future of business aviation.

The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) has given a first look at the Flight Deck programme for this year’s Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), which it describes as the premier stage for high-level conversations among the most influential figures in aviation.

The Flight Deck will feature a curated lineup of executives, government officials, military leaders and innovators discussing the most pressing topics shaping the industry.

“The Flight Deck is where the industry's most influential voices come together to explore the issues that matter most,” says NBAA president and CEO Ed Bolen. “These are the people whose perspectives are shaping the future of aviation, and this is the place where those conversations begin.”

Among the confirmed participants for Flight Deck 2025 are Jodi Baker of the FAA, Adam Goldstein of Archer Aviation, Emily Deaton of JetAviva, Steve Varsano of The Jet Business, Steuart Walton of RZC Investments and Michelle “Mace” Curran, a former Thunderbird pilot and motivational speaker.

The Flight Deck will be located in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center and open to all attendees. Sessions will run across the first two days of the show, which takes place from October 14-16.
