Outlier strengthens team as it looks to go global
Joe Robinson and Peter Sondag are joining the Outlier Jets team, spurred on by Kevin Bush, an industry veteran with more than a decade of leadership experience across private aviation, fractional and jet card sales.

Naples-headquartered jet card provider Outlier Jets is expanding its team in southwest Florida while continuing to focus on sustainable growth as private aviation demand remains 10 per cent over pre-COVID levels.

Leading the buildout as vice president of sales is Kevin Bush, an industry veteran with more than a decade of leadership experience across private aviation, fractional ownership and jet card sales.

Bush is joined by two new sales associate additions: Joe Robinson, who brings a diverse background spanning private aviation, investment management and enterprise SaaS. At Gartner, he was a two-time Winner's Circle honouree advising C-level executives at emerging technology firms, and later served as investment operations manager at Broadhill Capital. Peter Sondag, a sales development professional with experience at Vive Health and Reliable Medical, has a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals, building robust pipelines and fostering long-term client relationships. Together, the group strengthens Outlier's Naples foundation while supporting members across the US and worldwide.

“While we cover our members globally, Naples is our home and the centre of gravity for Outlier's future,” says Michael Farley, founder and CEO. “Most operators chase growth anywhere they can find it. We're betting that building depth in Naples, where our members already love to fly, creates better service and stronger relationships.”

Kevin Bush adds: “Building our team in Naples is about more than geography; it's about creating a strong foundation of talent and culture here at headquarters. Joe and Peter represent the drive and professionalism that define Outlier, and I'm excited to have them on board as we expand our reach nationally and globally.”

Q4 jet card enrolment opens in October. Clients are advised to lock in fixed rates before holiday demand drives pricing higher. New Naples-area members are also eligible for off-menu jet card offers.
