WCC expands training capacity with additional Alsim simulators
Two new devices, an AL250 and second ALX, will enhance student training at the aviation training institute in North Manila.
Alsim has provided simulator support to WCC for more than 15 years, strengthening its long-standing aviation training partnership.

WCC Aeronautical and Technological College in North Manila has expanded its training capabilities with the installation of two new flight simulators from Alsim. The college has added an AL250 and a second ALX device, bringing its total Alsim fleet to three.

The AL250 simulator covers initial training needs including PPL, CPL and IR/ME. Certified as an EASA FNPT II, it can be switched between SEP and MEP and provides both glass and classic cockpit layouts. More than 100 units are already in operation worldwide.

The ALX is designed for ATPL, CPL and MCC courses, covering up to four aircraft classes from single piston through to medium twin jet. It reduces costs by saving flight hours while providing regulatory-compliant training.

“WCC is now equipped with state-of-the-art flight training equipment from Alsim, providing students with a safe and immersive learning environment,” says Ali Nasrollah B. Ismaeili, dean at WCC College of Engineering and Aviation Technology. “By training on these simulators, WCC students will gain invaluable experience and confidence, setting them apart from their peers.”

Alsim sales director Audrey Jeffroy says: “We are grateful for the renewed trust that WCC places in our team and solutions. We look forward to continuing our long-standing partnership of more than 15 years.”
