Elliott rolls out CJ Flight Deck Evolution upgrades
Citation CJ1 and CJ2 operators have gained three tailored Garmin-based avionics packages that aim to eliminate obsolescence and maximise cockpit performance.

Elliott Aviation has launched the CJ Flight Deck Evolution Program, a suite of avionics upgrade packages for Citation CJ1 and CJ2 aircraft.

The Silver package focuses on the Garmin G600 TXi and GFC 600 integrated system, replacing older instruments with reliable glass cockpit displays. The Gold package adds larger displays, connectivity features such as PlaneSync and Airtext Classic, and tools for operational efficiency. The Platinum package expands capability further with dual GI 275 standby instruments, advanced weather radar, traffic monitoring and Airtext+ with a moving map.

Bill Forbes, Elliott Aviation’s senior vice president of avionics and business development, says: “Our goal with the CJ Flight Deck Evolution Program is to give Citation operators a straightforward upgrade path that matches their needs. Whether you want the essential benefits of the Silver package, the performance improvements in the Gold or the fully featured Platinum upgrade, Elliott Aviation delivers the right solution with proven installation expertise.”

The programme arrives ahead of the Citation Jet Pilots Association Conference in San Antonio this September, where Elliott Aviation is offering special promotions for operators who confirm their installation by the end of the month. Work can be completed in as little as 25 days and is backed by the company’s extensive Garmin retrofit experience.
