Web Manuals has opened a larger office in central Sydney, responding to rising demand across the Asia Pacific. Nearly 20 per cent of its 250 most recent customer gains came from the region, with more than half of those based in Oceania.
The Sydney site will serve as a satellite to the company’s APAC headquarters in Singapore, which opened in 2021. It will be staffed by four, including a dedicated training specialist focused on helping regional customers make the most of the document management platform.
Director of operations for APAC Emil Ahlgren says: “Our growing customer community in Oceania speaks volumes about the demand for digitalisation, automation and innovation in the region. We've seen a broad range of companies joining us, from airlines and business jet operators through to unmanned aerial vehicles, flight schools and aeromedical services.”
The location lies near Darling Harbour and close to the Opera House in Sydney’s central business district. As of June 2025, the Sweden-headquartered company supports 728 customers and 94,000 users globally, managing over 700,000 manuals from offices in Malmö, New York, San Diego, Singapore and now Sydney.
