Flight Crew International joins Paragon network
The addition adds rapid, flexible staffing capabilities to Paragon’s global offering, including temp-to-hire and 24–48-hour crew placement.

Paragon Aviation Group, part of the globally operating Luxaviation Group, has welcomed Flight Crew International (FCI) into its global network, strengthening the company’s reach in aviation support services.

Family-owned and founded in 1993, FCI connects highly qualified pilots, flight attendants, dispatchers, schedulers and maintenance professionals with flight departments across six continents. The company’s services span a range of staffing models, including temp-to-hire, retainer agreements and international crew management, and it has been recognised with ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Award for four consecutive years (2022–25).

“Welcoming FCI into the Paragon Network adds an important dimension to our service capabilities,” says Crystal Kubeczka, president of Paragon. “Its specialised focus on aviation talent solutions aligns perfectly with our mission to offer unmatched support to our members and partners.”

With rapid response times of often under 10 minutes and the ability to deliver a fully vetted crew within 24 to 48 hours, FCI says it ensures unmatched flexibility and operational readiness. President and CEO Aasiya Shaikh, a Certified Aviation Manager, has received industry recognition from NBAA’s and AviationPros’ 40 Under 40. She also serves as chief people officer at HigherVets, a nonprofit supporting veterans’ transition to business aviation careers.

“Joining the Paragon Network is an exciting milestone for us,” comments Shaikh. “We believe that aligning with an organisation as respected and forward-thinking as Paragon will not only strengthen our brand but also open new avenues for collaboration and growth within the global aviation community.”

The strategic partnership reinforces Paragon’s commitment to delivering a comprehensive, high quality portfolio of services while continuing to connect with the best in the industry through its network.
