First Chime brings fine dining to Paragon network
The Washington-based aviation caterer had previously supported Olympic traffic and recently added private dining and flight attendant training.

Paragon Aviation Group has added First Chime, based in the Washington, D.C. metro area, to its network of Strategic Partners. Founded by classically trained chef Young Park and supported by Michelin-rated chef Gérard Pangaud, First Chime serves gourmet meals to Ronald Reagan Washington National airport, Washington Dulles International airport and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall airport.

Park says: “At First Chime, we believe private aviation is more than just convenience; it's an experience that should be elevated through cuisine that delights and inspires. Joining the Paragon Network is a prestigious opportunity for us, and we are eager to bring our extraordinary flavours and meticulous service to Paragon's esteemed partners and guests.”

The company previously supported private jet catering at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Korea and now also offers private dining and flight attendant training at its Frederick, Maryland venue. Paragon members are offered a 10% discount on training.

Paragon Aviation Group president Crystal Kubeczka says: “First Chime represents a remarkable fusion of passion, creativity and excellence in aviation catering. Its dedication to quality and thoughtful service will undoubtedly elevate our network and the aviation experience for our partners and guests alike.”
