TrustFlight launches global training arm
Participants can access modular, expert-led courses online or in person, including TrustFlight Centrik software training and certification upon completion.

TrustFlight has launched a dedicated training division to help aviation organisations improve safety, simplify compliance and maintain consistent standards. TrustFlight Training aims to support operational continuity by offering expert-led courses tailored to the needs of airlines, business aviation operators, special missions providers, airports and regulators.

The training covers quality and safety management system principles while also focusing on practical usage of the company's Centrik software, which is used by more than 200,000 users worldwide. Courses are available in-person, virtually or in blended formats and conclude with TrustFlight certification.

CEO Karl Steeves says: “With TrustFlight Training, we're giving aviation organisations the tools and confidence to strengthen safety, streamline operations and adapt to change. This isn't just about knowledge transfer; it's about building capability where it matters most.”

The team includes Colin Harley, who has led training and operations at 22 global sites and developed customer-focused programmes based on measurable outcomes, and Jamie Cummins, whose training experience spans gamified learning for 5,000 staff and global technology rollouts.

Courses also include post-training support and are designed to help teams sustain performance during internal changes or resource limitations.
