Nimbl celebrates 30 years supporting safety and compliance
Three decades of growth have seen the company expand services, scale its platform and support tens of thousands of compliant flights each year.

Nimbl is marking 30 years in business as growth accelerates across its manuals and safety management platform. The milestone follows a 2024 rebrand from AviationManuals and reflects three decades of supporting aviation safety, compliance and operational performance for business aviation operators worldwide.

The company serves more than 5,000 operators and supports over 33,000 flights annually. Over the past 10 years, users on the platform have increased by nearly 300%, underlining its expanding footprint across the sector.

Between October 2022 and December 2025, nearly 150,000 risk assessments were submitted via the platform, each corresponding to a compliant flight operating with current information. Over the last decade, Nimbl has also completed around 25,000 FAA-required letters of authorisation, enabling operators to conduct specific activities, use certain equipment or operate in designated airspace.

“Celebrating 30 years in business and experiencing the incredible growth we've had as a company comes from listening,” says Mark Baier, CEO, Nimbl. “The company's longevity and accelerated growth was possible because our clients told us what they needed, and we acted on it. Many of our products, services, webinars, guides and tools were developed directly in response to client and partner feedback.”
