Luxaviation renews and extends its use of TrustFlight’s Centrik
The renewed partnership strengthens safety management across Luxuviation’s global operations, and is now extended to include its FBOs within the Centrik platform.

Luxaviation Group has renewed and expanded its use of TrustFlight’s advanced quality and safety management platform, Centrik. The renewal continues Luxaviation’s use of Centrik across its 13 AOCs and extends to include its FBOs, ensuring comprehensive risk management across the entire organisation.

Luxaviation operates over 140 facilities worldwide, employing more than 1,300 aviation professionals and managing a fleet of more than 220 aircraft. Since its founding in 1964, the company has maintained the highest standards of safety and compliance to support its extensive global client base.

Luxaviation first adopted Centrik in 2018, recognising the need to digitally streamline its safety management, regulatory compliance and operational processes. Centrik provides a centralised digital platform, enabling real-time safety reporting, effective quality management and proactive risk mitigation across its international operations.

The inclusion of Luxaviation’s FBOs within the Centrik platform is particularly significant due to the specialised operational risks involved in ground handling, fuelling, passenger and aircraft handling, and maintenance activities. The integrated safety management system ensures comprehensive risk identification and mitigation, enhancing overall safety and regulatory compliance.

“Centrik has become the heartbeat of our global safety and compliance strategy, fundamentally changing how we manage operational risk and regulatory alignment,” says Suzy Gautrey, Luxaviation’s group safety and compliance manager.

CEO Patrick Hansen adds: “Renewing and expanding our partnership with TrustFlight isn't just a business decision; it's a bold statement about our dedication to industry-leading standards and relentless pursuit of excellence.”

Centrik’s advanced platform features precise regulation-driven checklists, real-time analytics and integrated workflows, with an intuitive interface that allows users to manage compliance proactively and efficiently, ensuring continuous alignment with regulatory demands.

“Luxaviation’s expanded commitment to Centrik is a powerful endorsement of digital transformation in aviation safety,” says Karl Steeves, CEO of TrustFlight. “Together, we’re reshaping operational excellence, setting a new global standard that others will follow.”
