Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings has acquired the Av8 Group, a leading FAA-PMA manufacturer and FAA and EASA-approved repair station specialising in business and regional aviation. Av8’s capabilities include aftermarket PMAs as well as overhaul and repair of landing gear, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components for corporate and regional aircraft.
With a vertically integrated model and in-house engineering capabilities, Av8 designs and manufactures FAA-PMA replacement parts, enabling cost-effective and efficient repairs and overhauls. The company serves a growing base of customers around the world.
“Securing a strategic partner capable of accelerating our growth trajectory and driving market expansion, while also recognising the value of the culture we have created over the years, was a key priority,” says Yoel Arnoni, CEO of Av8 Group. “Victor Sierra brought a clear vision for growth and a deep respect for the foundational elements that have made our business successful.”
