In-flight catering company Air Culinaire Worldwide has entered a partnership with Sam Nazarian’s food-tech company Everybody Eats (EE), to elevate private aviation dining with chef-driven, restaurant-quality in-flight meals.
The collaboration will bring EE’s expansive portfolio of innovative culinary brands into Air Culinaire’s global network, which spans more than 30 kitchens across North America, Europe and beyond. Featured fan favourites include Cicci di Carne and TOMA from Manolo and Sofia Vergara, and the collaboration also brings Katsuya by chef Katsuya Uechi, Casa Dani, an offering from Michelin-starred chef Dani Garcia and MXO by chef Wes Avila to the Air Culinaire network.
By incorporating these brands, Air Culinaire aims to offer private aviation customers first-class dining services, exclusive menus and tailored experiences.
John Detloff, senior vice president of global network and quality standards at Air Culinaire Worldwide, says: “We are immensely proud to partner with these extraordinary chefs and brands, uniting our passion for culinary artistry with a shared commitment to elevating the private aviation dining experience.”
EE founder and CEO Sam Nazarian adds, “We're excited to partner with Air Culinaire to transform private aviation dining. Its industry leadership, combined with our chef-driven concepts, will elevate the in-flight experience and bring our innovative meals to travellers worldwide.”
