Swiss Private Jet, a Geneva-based AOC operator, has secured its certification as a Wyvern Wingman operator by maintaining Wingman status through the Flight Leader Program with quarterly coaching by Wyvern.

“The Wyvern Wingman certification is a testament to our efforts to reach and maintain the highest safety standards, by adhering to the industry's best practices and processes,” says Benjamin Périé, Swiss Private Jet CEO. “The Wingman certification is also a great business enabler as it is commonly recognised as the ‘gold standard’ in terms of safety certification and helps create trust between us and new customers.”

The globally recognised Wyvern Wingman standard provides a safety benchmark that allows customers to assess performance expectations against recognised industry best practices before purchasing services. The scope of the evaluation includes a review and assessment of the organisation's compliance management system, internal evaluation programme, safety management system, human factors management, safety culture analysis, risk management policies, procedures and practices, emergency response plans and training programmes.

“We congratulate Swiss Private Jet for renewing Wingman certification, which validates its effective safety management system and excellence in managing operations and aircraft maintenance,” says Andrew Day, Wyvern's senior vice president of operations. “Wingman Operators like Swiss Private Jet stand out among their peers by allowing Wyvern to assess their conformity to best practices and continually monitor their information related to safety.”
