Starling joins OGaraJets to lead sales strategy shift
Former IADA executive director Wayne Starling brings decades of aviation finance and leadership experience to the Atlanta-based brokerage.
Starling formerly led AircraftExchange.com and helped expand IADA’s global reach.

OGaraJets has appointed industry veteran Wayne Starling as director of sales, tasking him with strengthening the sales team, guiding growth and enhancing client service. He brings more than 25 years in aviation finance, sales and leadership.

Starling previously served as executive director of the International Aircraft Dealers Association, where he helped expand its global presence and led its AircraftExchange.com portal. His earlier career included a senior role at PNC Aviation Finance, where he specialised in aviation finance for over two decades.

He has also held board roles with NARA and NAFA and sat on the NBAA leadership council. He received lifetime achievement awards from NAFA in 2018 and IADA in 2024.
