OGaraJets has brought in Brooke Babineau as a client experience specialist. Bringing more than six years of specialised experience across private aviation account management, charter brokerage and flight operations, Babineau will serve as an advocate for clients and a key liaison between the Atlanta, Georgia-based business aircraft brokerage's sales and technical teams.
In her new role at OGaraJets, Babineau will oversee client engagement initiatives throughout the lifecycle of aircraft purchases and sales. Her responsibilities include managing pre-purchase inspection logistics, aligning interdepartmental workflows and maintaining clear communication across all parties during complex transactions.
“In business aviation, delivering an exceptional client experience requires much more than great customer service, it demands operational discipline, technical clarity and meticulous execution behind the scenes,” notes Jared Orich, technical services manager at OGaraJets. “Brooke's background gives her a practical understanding of what buyers and sellers face. She knows how to anticipate and solve problems, making her a tremendous asset to our team and our clients.”
Prior to joining OGaraJets, Babineau served as an account manager at Wheels Up, where she oversaw a portfolio of more than 300 high-net-worth member accounts, driving retention and account development. She subsequently transitioned into charter sales and flight operations at Unity Jets, where she managed operator negotiations, flight logistics, regulatory compliance and crew scheduling.
“OGaraJets has built a 45-plus year reputation on integrity and doing what is right for the client,” Babineau shares. “I'm thrilled to join a team that holds itself to such high standards. Aircraft transactions involve dozens of moving parts, and my goal is to make the entire process feel effortless for our clients by keeping every detail organised, transparent and aligned with their goals.”
