Gulfstream analytics capabilities will double by mid-2027
Aircraft health monitoring, operational data and maintenance history are combined to give customers proactive maintenance guidance and greater aircraft availability across the fleet.
Nearly 100 potential operational events have been proactively addressed before they occurred this year.

Gulfstream Customer Support has advanced its Performance Analytics programme, expanding its ability to turn aircraft data-driven insights into actions that further support maintenance planning across the fleet. The resulting guidance helps customers optimise service planning, avoid unnecessary scheduling disruptions and increase aircraft availability.

The system combines aircraft health monitoring information, operational data and maintenance history to provide a comprehensive view of aircraft performance and system health. Benefiting from the enhanced visibility provided by the advanced technologies of Gulfstream’s next-generation fleet, technical experts analyse this information and apply their expertise to develop actionable, cost-saving recommendations for customers.

Lor Izzard, senior vice president, Gulfstream Customer Support, says: “By leveraging the advanced technologies integrated into our aircraft, we can identify developing trends early and provide customers with insights that reduce downtime and operating costs while making more informed maintenance and operational decisions.”

The programme is backed by a cross-functional team of aircraft technical experts, systems engineers, software architects and analytics specialists. By combining fleetwide data with decades of aircraft knowledge, the team develops targeted solutions that streamline troubleshooting, optimise maintenance planning and support customer operations.

Performance Analytics continuously monitors key aircraft systems across multiple fleets and has already helped Gulfstream teams proactively address nearly 100 potential operational events before they occurred this year. Users receive proactive maintenance, service and spare parts recommendations, detailed system performance reporting and support for environmental and engine applications.

Gulfstream expects to more than double its current analytics capabilities in the first half of 2027 as the programme expands across additional aircraft systems and models.
