Web Manuals launches initiative for humanitarian and non-profit operators
The Aviation Support Initiative offers exclusive discounts to humanitarian and non-profit aviation organisations, helping them streamline safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
Krister Genmark, chief commercial officer at Web Manuals.

Web Manuals, digital documentation solutions developer for the aviation industry, launched its Aviation Support Initiative at Verticon 2025 in Dallas, Texas. The programme is aimed at supporting humanitarian and non-profit aviation organisations, providing them with exclusive discounts on user licences to enhance safety, compliance and operational efficiency.

“We recognise the critical role that humanitarian and non-profit aviation organisations play in disaster relief, medical transport, education and other charitable missions,” says Krister Genmark, chief commercial officer at Web Manuals. “By offering this initiative, we aim to support non-profit organisations with the best documentation tool to stay safe and compliant, allowing them to focus on their lifesaving and community-building efforts.”

Eligible operators within charitable aviation, educational programmes and other non-profit missions can take advantage of the initiative, which helps reduce administrative burdens and ensures they remain mission-ready. They can qualify by signing up with Web Manuals within 90 days of Verticon 2025, which took place from 11-13 March.
