Hartzell offers $1,000 discount on composite propellers
AOPA members can save $1,000 on carbon fibre propellers throughout 2025 by purchasing directly through Hartzell’s Top Prop STC programme.
The composite propeller upgrades offer advantages such as improved climb rates, reduced noise and shorter take-off distances.

Hartzell Propeller is offering verified Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) members a $1,000 discount on any new carbon fibre composite propeller purchased through its Top Prop STC programme in 2025. Members must confirm their active status online and buy directly from Hartzell to qualify.

“We’re thrilled to provide AOPA members with this opportunity to enhance their aircraft through our high-performance composite propellers,” says Hartzell Propeller president JJ Frigge. “And to make the deal even sweeter, we encourage members to inquire about possible Top Prop trade-in options.”

Darren Pleasance, AOPA senior vice president, adds: “AOPA shares Hartzell Propeller’s dedication to aviation excellence and we’re grateful for this exclusive discount for our members.”

Hartzell’s Top Prop programme includes 21 STC approvals covering aircraft from Beechcraft, Cessna, Piper, Kodiak, Pilatus and TBM twin piston and turboprop models. More approvals are expected in 2025.

The composite propeller upgrades offer advantages such as improved climb rates, reduced noise, shorter take-off distances and increased durability. Hartzell’s industry-leading warranty extends through the first overhaul.
