Florida-based Atlantic Jet Partners has acquired Great Lakes Turbines (GLT), an FAA-certified maintenance, repair and overhaul provider. At the same time, the company has also secured FAA STC ST04742NY for its SkyVue 1000 cockpit upgrade.

GLT, based in greater Toledo, Ohio, manufactures turbine engine parts and components designed for demanding conditions. Its facility provides machining and non-destructive testing, expanding Atlantic Jet Partners’ repair, maintenance and manufacturing capabilities. Infrastructure and tooling investments will support advanced machining for aerospace and power clients.

The SkyVue 1000 upgrade modernises cockpits in Beechjet and Citation 550, 560 and 560XL models by replacing outdated systems with LED displays. It features dual Bendix King AeroNav 900 flight management systems with LPV and was developed by Atlantic Jet PartnersAerospace Design & Compliance division.

CEO Tom Conlan says: "The SkyVue 1000 cockpit upgrade represents a transformative solution for our clients. By addressing critical cybersecurity concerns and improving system reliability, we are setting a new standard for cockpit safety and performance."
