Paragon leadership conference sets new benchmark
Leaders and key decision-makers from across the aviation sector came together in California to focus on collaborative innovation and operational excellence.
The annual Leadership Conference was hosted at Clay Lacy Aviation in Van Nuys, California, from 13-15 November.

Paragon Aviation Group, the international network of FBOs and handling agents, hosted its annual Leadership Conference at Clay Lacy Aviation in Van Nuys, California, from 13-15 November. Leaders and decision-makers from across the aviation sector focused on collaborative innovation and operational excellence.

With increased participation from new members compared to recent years, the sessions provided a robust platform for mid and upper management to comprehensively evaluate FBO operations and offered constructive feedback whilst sharing best practices and invaluable networking opportunities.

“The primary objective of this conference is to connect and equip our members with insights into other members' FBOs, through relationship building and the sharing of best practices. The more we share, the stronger our network becomes, leading to enhanced operations and service excellence,” says Paragon president Crystal Kubeczka.

Polaris Aero and Gensler made dynamic presentations at the event. Gensler, a leading global architecture, design and planning firm, shared valuable insights into the latest industry trends and innovative design strategies poised to advance the FBO sector. The session, presented by Tim Sullivan, Ashley Dowell and Nick Acevedo, underscored the pivotal role of intentional design in enhancing both user experience and operational efficiencies within FBOs. Gensler's involvement highlighted the importance of collaboration and innovation in the FBO industry, as it delivered vital information that showcased the key takeaways and transformative ideas presented at the event.

With over 140 facilities worldwide, Paragon is committed to elevating the customer experience.
