InLine Aviation rolls out UpAssist
UpAssist, an evolutionary supplemental maintenance and multi-faceted card programme, offers support for both scheduled and unscheduled repairs free of fixed monthly fees or a minimum term commitment.

Inline Aviation Group has introduced UpAssist, an evolutionary maintenance and comprehensive support programme for general aviation aircraft featuring world-wide aircraft on ground assistance, parts procurement, 24/7 technical support, records management, quality control and oversight, supplemental air charter and much more.

Clients can enjoy discounts of up to 20 per cent off InLine's standard hourly rates, along with a wide range of value-added services exclusively managed by a dedicated UpAssist support team. UpAssist offers support for both scheduled and unscheduled repairs free of fixed monthly fees or a minimum term commitment.

Beyond InLine's growing White Plains, New York-based team of highly experienced FAA licensed mechanics, UpAssist leverages an extensive network of carefully chosen repair stations, FBOs and industry partners.

According to Eric Faulkner, partner and CEO of Inline Aviation Group: “UpAssist is a seismic shift from traditional, pure play, on demand maintenance support, offering a best in class maintenance and multi services solution that aircraft owners will appreciate and maintenance directors will love. Fundamentally, programme economics fill a real value gap, especially during AOG events when repair costs can easily soar leaving owners most exposed.”

UpAssist clients will benefit from priority access to InLine’s FAA licensed mechanics, enhanced parts purchasing power and a dedicated support team. Entry-level pricing starts at just $10,000 for 75 service hours and includes essential features like worldwide AOG support, flight following, maintenance scheduling, parts sourcing and quality oversight, with more extensive plans based on aircraft type and fleet size. Prepaid maintenance hours can be used anytime, anywhere and remain valid for a period of one year from date of purchase.
