Vander Kelen joins JSSI as VP, customer support for Traxxall
Natalie Vander Kelen’s leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the customer experience and supporting the continued growth and success of JSSI’s maintenance software business.

Jet Support Services (JSSI), an independent provider of maintenance support and financial tools, has appointed Natalie Vander Kelen as vice president of customer support for Traxxall, JSSI's suite of maintenance tracking software solutions. In this new role, Vander Kelen will lead Traxxall's global team of aircraft maintenance and records analysts, further elevating the customer experience for Traxxall customers, which include corporate flight departments, management companies and charter operations.

“Natalie's extensive experience and dedication to customer support makes her the ideal leader for this team,” says Greg Heine, SVP of JSSI Maintenance Software. “Her leadership will be instrumental in enhancing our customer experience and supporting the continued growth and success of our maintenance software business.”

Vander Kelen brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in customer support and operational leadership within business aviation software. Her appointment reflects JSSI’s commitment to delivering unparalleled service and support to its clients, further solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.

Vander Kelen has over 10 years of experience in the aviation maintenance software industry and joins JSSI after an extensive tenure at Veryon (formerly ATP/ Flightdocs), where she managed operations and customer support across the company's suite of aircraft maintenance tracking, MRO, technical publication, troubleshooting and recurring defect analysis software products.
