JSSI has named Blake Blechen as regional sales director, focused on Traxxall enterprise sales across the western US. Blechen brings hands-on sales experience in aviation and defence to Traxxall's team at a moment when operators are increasingly looking for a maintenance tracking partner that understands both the technology and the regulatory processes shaping aviation maintenance.
“Blake has a strong sense of what our clients need, and I'm confident he'll build real relationships with operators across the West,” shares Mark Steinbeck, chief commercial officer, Traxxall. “He's eager to learn the business from our clients' perspective, and that curiosity is exactly what will serve him well in this role.”
Blechen joins Traxxall from Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing, where he served as technical sales manager, leading enterprise sales across commercial aviation and defence accounts.
“I'm looking forward to bringing the strategic thinking I've built in go-to-market roles, along with my experience at an OEM MRO, to Traxxall,” says Blechen. “I'm excited to build relationships with the operators across the West, understand what's operationally important to them and help optimise their maintenance processes.”
