Bluetail and Traxxall deepen working relationship
The improved integration is available now to current Bluetail and Traxxall customers using both platforms. Bluetail and Traxxall have been integration partners since 2023, giving joint customers a connected view.

AI-powered aircraft records platform Bluetail is embarking upon a significantly strengthened integration with Traxxall, JSSI's maintenance tracking software. The enhanced connection between the two systems makes it easier for aviation maintenance teams to move aircraft records and maintenance data between platforms, cutting down on manual work and giving operators more confidence in the accuracy of their records.

Bluetail and Traxxall have been integration partners since 2023, giving joint customers a connected view of their maintenance tracking and digital records in one workflow. For operators who use both platforms, the improved integration means less time spent reconciling records across systems and more time spent on the work that keeps aircraft flying. Documentation that once required manual cross-checking between maintenance tracking and records management now moves automatically between the two, giving maintenance teams a clearer, more accurate picture of aircraft status.

“Traxxall has been a strong partner to Bluetail for many years, and this integration brings together two critical parts of aircraft maintenance,” shares Kent Pickard, CTO of Bluetail. “By connecting maintenance tracking with Bluetail's digital aircraft records and intelligence, operators gain a true back-to-birth view of the aircraft, which turns decades of maintenance history into actionable intelligence for faster, more confident decisions.”

“We are excited to continue our collaboration with Bluetail to streamline and simplify maintenance and record keeping for our joint customers. This is the deepest integration available on the market today: compliance documents and maintenance records flow directly from Traxxall into Bluetail in real time, ready for organisation, tagging and search, with no manual work in between,” adds Mark Steinbeck, chief commercial officer of Traxxall.

The improved integration is available now to current Bluetail and Traxxall customers using both platforms.

Bluetail helps owners, operators and flight departments move beyond paper by digitising, organising and intelligently searching every record, back-to-birth. Powered by aviation-specific machine learning, Bluetail transforms records into actionable intelligence to ensure compliance, streamline maintenance and protect aircraft value, all within a secure, FAA-compliant cloud.

Traxxall, part of JSSI, provides modern aircraft maintenance tracking software backed by a team of expert aviation analysts, supporting over 4,000 aircraft worldwide. JSSI is the largest independent provider of maintenance support and financial tools to the business aviation industry.
