Sunvair's MRO portfolio is sold to Greenbriar
Investment by Greenbriar will support global independent MRO services provider Sunvair's senior management team in executing on strategic growth and expansion plans.

Sunvair Aerospace Group, a global, engineering-centric provider of aircraft component MRO services has been acquired by funds managed by Greenbriar Equity Group.

Founded in 1955, Sunvair offers a broad range of engineered solutions across aircraft accessory component repair and landing gear overhaul for the commercial, military, rotary and business jet sectors out of its facilities in Valencia, California and Tulsa, Oklahoma.

"We share a collective vision of enhancing Sunvair's capabilities and accelerating our growth. Greenbriar's extensive experience and resources in our sector will greatly benefit us during this next phase."

The investment by Greenbriar will support the senior management team in executing on Sunvair's strategic growth and expansion plans, which include both organic and acquisition opportunities to enhance solutions for customers.
