entrol launches Envision image generator with Unreal Engine 5 tech
Committed to working with the most advanced technology available, entrol has launched a spherical LED display with video game-quality image generation.

entrol has released Envision, a new image generator for flight simulation that uses Epic Games' Unreal Engine technology to create customised databases with the latest features.

Envision was born from a love for video games and the constant search for innovation, through which entrol reaffirms its intention to work with the most advanced technology available.

To conclude this project, entrol has created a new 200º x 70º spherical LED display with flexible modules. This screen, formed by different interchangeable LED modules for better maintenance, gives a contrast and image quality unmatched in the market.

entrol will showcase the technological advancements, implemented in its H145 FTD Level 3 simulator, during the European Rotors 2023 show in Madrid.

Visual engineer Enrique Silvela says: "The possibilities that Envision opens up are a window into the future of simulation. We sincerely believe that game engines will be a key piece in developing this industry in which, every year, the virtual and real worlds get a little closer. That's why, having developed our own image generator at entrol, we now have a freedom that we didn't have before, and we can implement new functionalities and customer requests in much less time."

Envision is now available for all entrol simulators.
