As one of the most respected general aviation publications, Business Air News conducts its annual FBO feedback surveys to rank FBOs in North America and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This year two US-based Paragon Network FBOs made the top 10 list in North America while one overseas Paragon FBO was recognised among the top 10 best in the EMEA region.

In a three-way tie, Paragon FBO members Business Jet Center at Dallas Love Field in Texas and National Jets at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International airport in Florida took second place.

ExecuJet Berlin earned the seventh spot in the overall rankings for EMEA. Located at the Berlin-Brandenburg airport and linked by autobahn to the city centre, this FBO completed a renovation last month to enhance its security and privacy while at the same time increasing handling efficiencies.

Voting in the Business Air News survey is open to business aircraft owner/operator subscribers. Subscribers can vote for as many FBOs and/or handlers that they have visited in the past year and must rank the FBOs/handlers on a scale of one to nine in four criteria.
