AEG customers access instant approval for Dubai landing permits
Having shorter wait times and a streamlined process when travelling to and through the UAE is a huge benefit to operators, so AEG's registration with the DCAA will save customers two to three days.

AEG Fuels is now officially registered with the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) as a local trip support provider. With this registration, the company can provide instant approval for landing permits in Dubai for its clients.

“This latest achievement is a great asset operationally for our customers coming into Dubai,” says Issa Zuriqi, director sales and business development for the Middle East and Africa. “We know that time is critical in the aviation industry, and having shorter wait times and a streamlined process when travelling to and through the UAE is a huge benefit to operators.”

Obtaining landing permission for travel to Dubai without being registered as a local entity typically takes two to three days. The DCAA has made significant efforts to streamline the landing process at Dubai International airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International airport (DWC) and expedite the procedures. Through a productive partnership with the DCAA, AEG has successfully completed the necessary administrative steps leading to an expedited approval process for landing permissions for aircraft operators heading to DXB or DWC airports. The ability for an instant approval is particularly significant given the high volume of flight activity in the region.

AEG has successfully established this expedited approval capability with other countries in the region.

“We have a strong focus on personalised service backed by extensive experience and a partnership with Boeing Jeppesen that allows us to continuously monitor important information worldwide,” Zuriqi adds. “This allows us to offer tailored solutions to clients for all their trip requirements and provide a seamless experience wherever their travel takes them.”
