NetJets opens massive Las Vegas campus early
A 300,000 sq ft campus at Harry Reid combines an exclusive terminal, dual hangars, on-site maintenance and a customs facility as NetJets records a 30 per cent year-on-year Las Vegas demand increase.
An imposing reception.

NetJets has opened its newly-constructed facility in Las Vegas at Harry Reid International airport. Developed in partnership with Signature Aviation, the facility represents a landmark co-development designed from the ground up to serve NetJets customers, known as NetJets owners, with an unparalleled private aviation experience.

“We invest where our owners want to be, and we build experiences worthy of how they travel. Las Vegas' position as a global destination for premier sporting events, world-class entertainment and luxury hospitality drives significant surges in owner travel throughout the year,” comments Patrick Gallagher, president, NetJets Aviation. “NetJets owners increasingly seek effortless access to these experiences, and the new facility ensures they receive the personalised, anticipatory service that defines travel with NetJets.”

Las Vegas is among the top destinations sought out by NetJets clients. Demand has consistently increased since 2022, with flight activity growing nearly 45 per cent, totalling almost 8,000 flights through the end of 2025. This trend has continued into 2026; since the start of this year, demand has been nearly 30 per cent higher compared to the same period in 2025.

The campus, totalling more than 300,000 sq ft of dedicated infrastructure, combines a premium private owner terminal, two hangars, including an Executive Jet Management facility, a NetJets Service Hub and expansive preferred-use ramp space, reinforcing NetJets' commitment to reliable aircraft access, tailored service and the consistency owners expect.

“Together with NetJets, we are proud to open a luxury facility that reflects the future of private aviation, focused on seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience,” says Tony Lefebvre, chief executive officer of Signature Aviation. “Las Vegas continues to be one of the most premier destinations for private aviation travellers, and this dedicated facility with NetJets highlights our shared commitment in delivering premium hospitality, privacy and efficiency for our guests during every stage of their journey.”

Every element of the new Las Vegas facility has been designed to ensure NetJets owners move with ease from arrival to departure. Drawing inspiration from the area's distinctive desert landscape, the 17,069 sq ft, exclusive-use private terminal is contemporary in style and creates an inviting space for NetJets owners and their guests, offering a private lounge, VIP conference rooms and a dedicated room for families. A direct Air Operations Area access gate enables owners to move between their vehicle and aircraft without encountering commercial traffic or shared terminal areas. On-site NetJets service representatives provide elevated hospitality and thoughtful assistance, further enhancing the day-of-travel experience and reflecting NetJets' service philosophy of making every owner feel as if their flight is the only one.

The new complex also houses two hangars, one dedicated to NetJets' fleet operations and another operated by EJM that serves both NetJets and EJM aircraft under one roof, more than 250,000 sq ft of preferred ramp space capable of accommodating approximately 25 aircraft, and a Service Hub maintenance facility operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, year-round.

This Service Hub, where aircraft are detailed and stocked for mission readiness, also allows the company to perform proactive maintenance on-site, improving operational efficiency and reducing aircraft downtime for the high volume of NetJets aircraft operating throughout the western US. By enabling more consistent aircraft availability and attentive service at this terminal, the travel experience is enhanced for NetJets owners.

The Las Vegas facility represents the first new-build project jointly developed by NetJets and Signature Aviation. The collaboration brought together NetJets' deep understanding of owners' expectations and Signature's operational expertise in world-class FBO management to deliver a NetJets-tailored facility.

The Las Vegas investment is part of a broader series of infrastructure enhancements across the NetJets network, including new and expanded facilities in Dallas, Texas; Palm Beach, Florida; and Washington, DC, all developed in partnership with Signature Aviation to support growing owner demand and further elevate the NetJets travel experience.
