Europavia to deliver six H125s in the years ahead
Europavia, an official Airbus Helicopters distributor, is also an affiliated service centre located in Bern, Switzerland, offering operators in the region services such as spare parts, overhaul and repairs.

Europavia, a distributor of Airbus Helicopters for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, has signed a new purchase contract with Airbus Helicopters for six H125 helicopters to be delivered in the following years. The order assures Europavia's customers of the swift availability of H125s, with configurations customised according to their needs.

“With these orders, Europavia ensures a flexible availability of the H125 helicopter type within our market. The H125 is the market leader in its category and is particularly well suited to our territory, where high altitude flight with power margins is an essential requirement,” says Daniel Eggenschwiler, CEO of Europavia.

“This new contract underlines the long-standing partnership with Airbus, which has evolved over the past 60 years. Europavia, a trusted official partner of the company, has been distributing our products and service solutions since 1962,” says Hervé Doreillac, Airbus Helicopters sales manager.

Europavia, an official Airbus Helicopters distribution centre, is also an affiliated service centre located in Bern, Switzerland, offering operators in the region first-class services such as spare parts, overhaul and repairs. In addition to these new H125s, Europavia recently acquired one H130 in April, which will be delivered in June 2023.

Today, close to 4,200 H125 family helicopters are flying across the globe in the most demanding conditions. The H125 is the market leader in the intermediate single-engine helicopter category, achieving a market share of 63 per cent in 2022. In 2022, 161 H125 helicopters were ordered, setting a sales record for the past decade.
