Web Manuals strengthens European customer base
Demand for Web Manuals across Europe represents the growing desire for digitalisation within safety and compliance monitoring, as well as the increasing number of regulations that operators need to manage.
Director of operations EMEA Julia Larsson.

Web Manuals is cementing its European stronghold as more than 60 per cent of customers enrolling since January 2023 are based on the continent.

Further to this, almost a third of the 37 organisations that joined Web Manuals' community in 2023 are business jet operators in Europe, and more than 45 per cent new business jets have joined globally so far this year. This demonstrates the industry's ongoing appetite to digitise its operations, which is complemented by the vast range of compliance-based applications for Web Manuals' portfolio.

Director of operations EMEA Julia Larsson says: “The demand for Web Manuals across the European business aviation industry represents the growing desire for digitalisation within safety and compliance monitoring, as well as the increasing number of regulations that operators need to manage effectively. It shows that operators are ready to take their document digitisation to the next level, eliminating the burden and safety implications of having to update their documentation manually.”

As of May 2023, Web Manuals' total global client base is 535. The company is headquartered in Malmo, Sweden and has offices in New York, San Diego and Singapore.
