Bluetail digitises over 30 million aircraft records
More than 30 million aircraft maintenance and compliance records have been digitised across Bluetail's customer base.

Bluetail has digitised more than 30 million aircraft records, drawing on maintenance logs, logbooks, regulatory documentation and OEM technical publications.

The dataset spans the full range of Bluetail's operators, from single-owner Cessnas to large US and international fleets. The company says the records challenge is similar at any scale, whether an operator runs one aircraft or 200, and Bluetail's platform is built to address it across that range. The expanding record set forms the foundation of Bluetail's business aviation learning model, which the company says is intended to sharpen the AI insights it delivers across maintenance, compliance and aircraft lifecycle management.

Roberto Guerrieri, CEO and co-founder of Bluetail, says: “Every aircraft record we digitise strengthens that learning model, and the more records we digitise, the smarter our AI becomes, continuously extending what maintenance teams can do with our platform.”

The total arrives as Bluetail marks its sixth year in business and its second consecutive listing on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies. Through 2026 the company has rolled out a series of AI-driven tools, including Ask Bluetail, Autonomous Logbooks, Lifecycle Timeline and Compliance Check, aimed at giving maintenance teams, directors of maintenance and compliance staff direct, conversational access to information previously held in decades of scanned paperwork. Aircraft records have long been one of the most time-consuming and error-prone aspects of owning, maintaining, selling or financing an aircraft, and Bluetail's platform is designed to let operators search, verify and act on that information in minutes rather than weeks.
