Navy veteran and MMA fighter Chuck Stumpf embodies the blend of discipline, strategy and competitive drive required to lead the company upon its relaunch.
Founder and CEO Chuck Stumpf.

Santa Barbara, California-headquartered private jet sales and acquisitions veteran Chuck Stumpf has relaunched HMS Aviation.

“Our aviation business team has a proven track record of success handling high-end private aircraft and complex transactions,” he says. “We are excited to relaunch our private aircraft sales and acquisition business with even more resources, yet offer the same integrity, dedication and confidentiality to our clients.”

He adds that at HMS Aviation, clients can expect personalised guidance and unparalleled customer service throughout the entire acquisition or sales path, from discovery through to post-closing. The team has a deep knowledge of the private aviation market and stays updated on the latest developments.

Founder and CEO Stumpf brings extensive professional experience in sales, marketing and aviation. With over $2 billion in transactions to his name, he has fashioned an expert team of industry insiders that can guide clients through the sales and acquisition process with experience and passion. Senior vice president Lori Damanda has diverse experience at large and small aviation companies that equips her with the knowledge and expertise to successfully guide clients through the aircraft transaction process, while CFO Terri Tobin has held senior-level positions in both investment and commercial banking companies.

"HMS Aviation will provide clients with highly concentrated customer service, sophisticated research, experienced negotiation skills and unparalleled business aviation intelligence," Stumpf continues. "Our team is seasoned in the skills required to buy and sell jets. It requires a unique skill set, and it's rare to combine those abilities with the level of customer service that we provide. We couldn't be more excited about this new venture and the opportunities in the private jet space this year."
