C&L Aviation Services has welcomed Michael Jackson as director of maintenance. In this position, Jackson is responsible for overseeing all repair station activities at the company's regional and corporate maintenance facility in Bangor, Maine.

Jackson's experience includes three decades with American Airlines, most notably as a senior manager of technical operations where he led teams of over 300 people that were responsible for both line maintenance and base maintenance operations.

“We are thrilled to have Michael here, leading the MRO section of our business,” says CEO Chris Kilgour. “He is an accomplished leader with demonstrated success in managing a large FAR 121/145 repair station with a focus on people and project management. His experience and set of skills will be invaluable to both our employees and customers as we continue to grow our MRO offerings and semi-private aircraft upgrade business.”

C&L is a growing aircraft MRO with a focus on ERJ 135/145, Legacy, Dash-8, Saab 340, Challenger, Hawker, Citation, Embraer and BeechJet aircraft. Its 200,000 sq ft facility in Bangor, Maine is a one-stop solution providing customers with heavy maintenance, interior refurbishment, avionics upgrades, engineering support and aircraft paint.
