FBOs and their representatives from across the US were recognised by the network for their core values and positive impact on the industry. The winners were congratulated fo their performance, service and dedication.
Paragon president Megan Barnes with the ProJet operations team, winners of the FBO Member of the Year award.

Audited FBO and handling agent network Paragon Aviation Group has named the recipients of its 2022 Network Member Awards.

The 2022 FBO Member of the Year was awarded to Leesburg Executive airport, Virginia-based ProJet Aviation. Fellow FBO members and thousands of flight departments had the opportunity to cast their votes and customer feedback surveys submitted throughout the year also played a role in determining this year's winner. Paragon president Megan Barnes and a colleague surprised ProJet's operations team at its FBO while they were hosting a networking event of almost 200 people. She presented them with a personalised crystal trophy, a custom banner to display in their lobby and a few other memorabilia to commemorate their hard work. Paragon will also make a legacy scholarship donation to ProJet's Aviation Education & Career Expo in 2023, one of the largest and most successful aviation events for young adults exploring careers in flight.

The FBO Manager of the Year award focuses on an individual who is an active participant in the network, regularly shares best practices, is highly respected by their team and contributes their expertise to fellow members. Selected by Paragon's corporate team, this year's recipient was Clay Lacy SVP of development and sustainability Scott Cutshall.

The Award of Excellence recognises an FBO team member who has gone above and beyond, and is chosen from FBO members' votes and results from customer feedback surveys. Congratulations go to Dallas Love Field, Texas-based Business Jet Center customer service/FLA assistant manager Yulyanna Silva.

JetSet Media, a specialised digital media company focusing on partnering with FBOs and the ultra-elite private aviation travel industry, won the Diamond Partner Award which honours a key vendor in Paragon's exclusive Strategic Partner programme.

“I am truly honoured to present the awards to these outstanding individuals and companies who exemplify Paragon's core values and make a positive impact in our industry,” says Barnes. “A big congratulations to these remarkable award winners on their performance, service and dedication.”

The Paragon Network is a distinguished membership of over 90 elite FBOs and international handling agents that provide world-class service to general aviation travellers around the globe. Paragon Aviation Group performs a comprehensive audit of the facilities and services offered to ensure the quality of the member base before any FBO joins the network. Each member FBO must comply with a set of strategically developed core standards to remain in the group.

Paragon Aviation Group is a family business comprised of Mike Delk, Megan Barnes and Molly LeBlanc. With their combined industry experience of over 85 years, they have introduced an exciting industry platform for premier aviation service providers.
