RWL German Flight Academy has invested in an ALSIM AL250 simulator to enhance its training capabilities.

Mönchengladbach-based flight school RWL German Flight Academy has recently invested in an Alsim AL250 simulator to enhance its training capabilities.

The AL250 simulator meets initial phase training needs (PPL, CPL, IR/ME) and is certified EASA FNPT II. In addition, it offers both classic and glass cockpit instrumentation. This device has been extremely well received since its creation and over 80 simulators have already been installed and are in successful operation worldwide.

Managing director Jens Küper says: “After our decision to convert our multi-engine fleet to glass cockpits, we decided to acquire the AL250 by Alsim as the ME IR trainer. This generic FNPT II fulfils both our high-quality requirements in terms of IR training and a very compact construction. We are very much looking forward to starting training on the new device soon.”

Alsim sales account manager Nicolas de Lassus adds: “We thank the RWL team for its confidence in our flight training solutions and services. With the AL250 it will benefit from a reliable simulator that ensures high quality and cost-effective training. We believe this is the beginning of a successful cooperation between our two companies.”
